Jennifer Malach is an ICF-certified Executive & Career Coach and the Founder of 20/20 Career Solutions™. She has over 20 years experience in the professional services and software development industries, and extensive experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching and training teams across North America. Jennifer incorporates her broad leadership, management and mentoring experience into her coaching approach to best help promote her clients’ career growth, advancement, engagement and retention.
Jennifer combines her corporate experience with her background in psychology to develop a personalized approach for each client she serves. She helps her clients uncover the best tools, resources and support needed to define their objectives, achieve their goals and exceed their potential. Jennifer collaborates with clients who want to take ownership of their careers from job search and networking strategies, to returning to work after a career break, to role transition and their first 100 days in a new role, to new manager transitions and leadership development.

Jennifer received both her Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Executive & Career Coaching Certification from New York University. She is a noted panelist, presenter and workshop facilitator and member of the International Coach Federation.
She is certified in Everything DiSC® and a contributor for leading career sites. Jennifer is also a strategy advisor and volunteer coach for Stand Beside Them, Inc., a non-profit that helps military veterans transition back to civilian life and work.
